Ingredients: GlycerSize™ [65% glycerol powder, anti-caking agent (E551)], citrulline malate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (A-AKG), betaine anhydrous, flavourings, anti-caking agent (E551), acidity regulator (E296), salt, red beet juice concentrate^1,2, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colour/s [(E160a)^2,3, (E104)³]. E104: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended use: Mix ~2 scoops of powder (12,5 g) with 200-250 ml of water. Drink 1 portion 30 minutes before workout, also consume before the competition.
