Return & Refund Policy – HQ Nutrition

At HQ Nutrition, we deal in 100% authentic imported supplements from the USA. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, supplements can only be returned under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The original seal must be intact

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

If the seal is broken or the product has been used, the item cannot be returned or refunded.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges

If a return is approved for an unopened product, the delivery and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Wrong Product

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Supplements with broken or opened seal

  • Used products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, after deducting applicable shipping charges.
