Return & Refund Policy – HQ Nutrition

At HQ Nutrition, we deal in 100% authentic imported USA supplements. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain conditions apply to returns and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is unused

  • The original seal is intact

  • The product is in original packaging

If the seal is broken or the product has been used, the item cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.

3. Refund Conditions

If a return is approved for an unopened product:

  • The delivery charges will be deducted

  • The remaining amount will be refunded after the product is received and inspected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplements

  • Products with broken seal

  • Used products

This policy ensures product safety and protects customers from contaminated supplements.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

HQ Nutrition sells 100% authentic imported supplements from the USA. We do not deal in replicas or locally refilled products.
